Up to 35 people Check-In @1pm, Event Attendee End time @5pm - Time frame VERY flexible Early Arrival Possible for additional charge, Extended Rental Time possible for additional charge
Rental party is responsible for the basic clean up of all food items, replacing tables/chairs where found, bringing out trash, & for putting ALL Free Decorations back EXACTLY how found “Place Settings” are available w/extra refundable security deposit of $500 but not encouraged
Snow will be removed from Parking Lot, Back Patio, and firepit area. Sand/Salt will be used for walk-way.
